Photoshoot Agreement

The photographer Eryn Price-Ormsby will provide the agreed upon amount of shooting time and return all edits included in the time span of 3 weeks after the booking date. If requested prior to the shoot they will supply whatever available fae costuming is selected.

You agree to pay the full rate at the time of booking. Half of this is a nonrefundable retainer, the other half can be refunded only if there is at minimum one week of notice before cancellation/rescheduling. With Covid and weather being uncertain Eryn can be open to more flexible rescheduling, but this requires communication and letting them know as soon as possible. Eryn will be staying masked and relatively distanced throughout the duration of the shoot. Please stay masked and distanced as well between shooting locations.

The Enchanted Wild maintains rights to all images created, but they will be yours for personal use, including getting prints made. You agree not to add your own edits to the final images without express permission. You agree to credit Eryn Price-Ormsby/The Enchanted Wild in the captions of any posts made.
